Adidas collaborative brand Y-3 is a partnership between one of the fashion greats, Japan’s Yohji Yamamoto, and the leviathan that is adidas Originals.  The high-fashion label puts out some of the most luxurious sportswear that exists, from sneakers and athletic-wear, to more upscale outerwear components.  Y-3 have now released the all-new Spring/Summer 2015 “Floral” footwear collection, consisting of three iconic Y-3 silhouettes and a pair of sandals—adorned with lustrous, omnipresent tropical floral prints.  The herbaceous quadrivial is designed by Mr. Yamamoto with a progressive mosaic.  The same pioneering futurism that has inspired the cutting-edge designs of many high-fashion and sportswear brands alike in their current footwear collectives.  The monochromatic white and black frames of each silhouette provide the perfect canvas for Yohji’s botanical conception.
