Nike Metcon I

As Nike and Adidas duke it out for the sneaker throne, an immersion of footwear technology, forward-thinking design, and raw competitiveness has concluded with thirsty sneakerheads seeing an abundance of quality releases from both of the sportswear mega-brands. We are happy to announce it looks like this is as well the case for 2015, with one of the latest and greatest drops being the Nike Metcon 1. This versatile trainer allows for maximum wear—withstanding rigorous, high-demand cross-training support. This is the trainer for when you are about to go beast mode in the gym. Durable, comfortable, and flexible, the Metcon 1 is built with flex groove to increase stability and maneuver quick directional change under the conditions of any and all forms of athleticism, from weight training to parkour, by minimizing heel-toe drop.

Although only the “Dark Gray/Volt-Black-White” colorway of the Metcon 1 is shown below, Nike plans on dropping it in a plethora of colorways. Priced at $120 USD, the Nike Metcon 1 will be available via Nike.com as of January 31st.
